Iserve can manage your IT Hardware demonstration equipment

Here’s what that means:

• We house your demonstration equipment in our 50000 square foot secure facility.
• You can access our online tracking system to determine what equipment is available for demonstration.
• You create (online) contracts with clients to “try” the equipment for specified periods of time.
• Once the contract is created the equipment is shipped to your client and they are reminded ( via e-mail ) when their contract period has expired.
• At the end of the demonstration period your client returns the equipment back to our facility where we inspect, restore and return the equipment to inventory for re-distribution.

How does that help me?

• You don’t need to worry about storing your equipment. We do that for you in our secure facility. Our warehouse is monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week and access is restricted to key personnel. All equipment received in our facility is entered into computerized tracking system.
• You will always know where your equipment is. From the moment Iserve receives your equipment it’s every movement is recorded and monitored in IV2, Iserve’s custom asset management software.
• Knowing what equipment is available is just a click away. All the tools you need to see what’s available and create a contract with your client is online 24/7.
• Your clients experience the equipment as if it were a brand new product. When the equipment is returned to our facility we inspect, and whenever possible reset factory defaults. Your clients never need to worry about confidential information, left on equipment such as laptops, getting into the wrong hands or being inconvenienced by computer viruses.
